Before Contacting the Parish Council
The Parish Council is receiving an increasing number of enquiries relating to services and issues that are the responsibility of Leeds City Council.
As the Parish Clerk works limited hours, we kindly ask residents to check whether their enquiry falls under Leeds City Council's responsibilities before contacting us. This will help ensure that Parish Council enquiries can be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Many matters, including highways, potholes, speeding, bins, fly-tipping, trees, waste collections, grass cutting and other local authority services, are managed by Leeds City Council.
Please visit our Leeds City Council Information page for links to the relevant services and reporting forms. If your enquiry relates to Parish Council matters, we will be pleased to assist you.
If you are reporting an issue relating to Parish Council land or assets, please include the exact location wherever possible. Providing a what3words reference or a pin on a map, together with photographs if available, will help us identify the issue quickly and respond more efficiently.
The Parish Council's correspondence address is: Collingham with Linton Parish Council, PO Box 415, LEEDS, LS16 0JE
You can contact the council via the Clerk, Becky Crabtree: email: clerk@collinghamlintonparishcouncil.gov.uk or by telephone 07456 957391
