Join Us for Our First Volunteer Day at Beck Wood

We're excited to launch our new Community Volunteer Group, bringing local people together to care for our green spaces and improve our parish.

Whether you're an experienced volunteer or trying something new, everyone is welcome. No previous experience is needed, and all equipment will be provided.

Come along, meet local people, enjoy the outdoors, and help make a real difference in our community.

What We'll Be Doing

Volunteers will help with a variety of practical woodland tasks, including:

Light woodland maintenance
Litter picking
Sweeping and tidying paths
Caring for woodland features
Identifying maintenance issues

A short safety briefing will be given before we begin.

What to Bring

Please wear:

Sturdy footwear or walking boots
Clothing suitable for the weather
Outdoor clothing that you don't mind getting dirty

All tools and equipment will be provided.

Please note: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
